In the 1960’s illegal gambling and prostitution lined the pockets of local authorities and police in the small resort town of Hot Springs, Arkansas. When Winthrop Rockefeller became governor in 1967 his mission was to clean up the mess that had taken over. My grandmother, a beautiful young mother of two, was murdered in Hot Springs during the political upheaval of 1967. Her death was covered-up, and called a suicide. The film follows my mother and I, as we search for answers in a murder that remains unsolved but not forgotten.
